The President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, will deliver Lebanon’s speech at the United Nations General Assembly, this evening. It is expected that the Presidential speech will be delivered at around 8:00pm (Beirut Time), via video technology, due to the measures taken by the UN to avoid Corona pandemic.
The United Nations General Assembly had started its meetings in the 75th session, in New York, by words of several Arab and foreign heads of states, and the rest of the words will be completed today in two sessions before and afternoon of New York Time (i.e. afternoon and evening of Beirut Time).
